Barty Keeps Moving Up The Ranks

WEEK: 06.26.2017

Ashleigh Barty gets mover of the week honors because of her impressive run to the final in Birmingham over the weekend.  She lost to Petra Kvitova after winning the first set with some brilliant tennis.  She will look to carry that form into the third Major of the season.  Wimbledon begins next Monday and a few of top contenders have warmed up nicely, winning significant titles on grass this past weekend.

 ATP Tour:  the top ten members remained the same; however, Marin Cilic (#6) and Milos Raonic (#7) traded positions.  Interesting, Grigor Dimitrov and Alexander Zverev both have identical ranking points, which is only five points less than Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (#10).

WTA Tour: the top ten members remained the same; however, there were three changes.  Caroline Wozniacki move up to #6, Svetlana Kuznetsova moved up to #8, and Dominika Cibulkova moved down to #9.
