MOVER OF THE WEEK: Peter Gojowczyk

Gojowczyk

SIGNIFICANT RANKING CHANGES FOR THE WEEK OF 09.24.2018

Peter Gojowczyk gets this week’s honors as the top mover of the week; however, sadly for the German it was not a positive move. He was the defending champion in Metz and he was unable to defend his title. Gojowczyk lost in the second round in straight sets to Kei Nishikori. He will look to rebound at one or more of the remaining tournaments. Luckily, he does not have that many points to defend for the rest of the season and if he plays at his best, it’s possible he can recoup his losses. The question though for many of the players and the German this late in the season: How much is left in the tank?
