Cecchinato Working His Way Back Up

Marco Cecchinato gets mover of the week honors.  Who can forget the Italian who defeated Novak Djokovic at the quarterfinal stage of the 2018 French Open? That was his magical moment.  Yet, like many of the players, the lack of competitive tennis due to the viral pandemic is taking a toll on their rankings.

Djere Stops Cecchinato For 2nd Title

Nevertheless, like everyone, he is trying to make the best of the circumstances.  He came so close to winning the title in Italy, falling to the Serbian, Laslo Djere in straight sets. It is always better to leave with the title, but I think he will be pleased with his performance.

That question takes a backseat for many as they struggle to deal with losses of a physical and financial nature and lest we forget the emotional/mental toll this viral pandemic is taking on everyone.

Will we ever get back to a time of no coronavirus?  The lack of a definitive answer to that question keeps many from resting comfortably at nights.  Now more than ever when we need to rest, eat healthy and move as much as possible to maintain a healthy immune system.  Stay safe folks.
