Although the Latvian had opportunities to break back, she could not, and she lost the first set 2-6. The second set was much more of a contest. She broke early in the second set, but Rybakina broke right back and broke again to win the match 6-2, 6-4.

Day 9 Results For The Other Seeds In The Draws
